Welcome to WIBDMedic. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WIBDMedic platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
WIBDMedic.com is an international B2B business networking and marketplace platform connecting participants in the healthcare ecosystem, including medical device manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, importers and exporters, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, government and private healthcare organizations, technology and logistics providers, regulatory consultants, business partners, investors, and industry professionals. The Platform provides tools for business networking, supplier discovery, product showcasing, buyer-seller communication, RFQs, business opportunities, events, knowledge exchange, professional networking, training, and resources. The Platform is not necessarily the seller, buyer, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of listed products unless explicitly stated.
By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and WIBDMedic.
Users must be at least 18 years old, represent themselves or a legally registered organization, and have authority to act on behalf of their organization. Business users must provide accurate company name, registration information, contact details, and business licenses when required.
Users may register as a buyer, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, healthcare professional, service provider, partner, or organization member. You agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials, prevent unauthorized access, and notify us immediately of security issues. The Platform may request business registration documents, manufacturer certificates, distributor authorization, regulatory documents, and identity verification. Verification does not constitute product approval, certification guarantee, regulatory endorsement, or quality warranty.
Users providing company information must ensure it is accurate, updated, legally compliant, and not misleading. Users are responsible for their company profile, product information, certifications, claims, and business communications.
The Platform may provide Supplier Services (company profiles, product listings, catalog publishing, lead generation, buyer communication, promotional services), Buyer Services (product search, supplier discovery, RFQ submission, communication tools, procurement opportunities), and Networking Services (professional profiles, business connections, industry groups, events, conferences, forums).
Suppliers are solely responsible for product accuracy, pricing, availability, technical specifications, images, documentation, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Listed products must comply with applicable regulations including medical device regulations, safety standards, import/export laws, registration requirements, and quality management systems such as ISO, CE, and FDA requirements, as well as local country regulations. The Platform does not guarantee regulatory acceptance in any country.
Users may not list or promote illegal medical products, counterfeit devices, unauthorized copies, fake certificates, unsafe or misbranded products, expired products, or restricted products without authorization. Users may not conduct fraudulent transactions, misrepresent identity, manipulate reviews, spam users, collect personal data improperly, or attempt unauthorized access.
You agree to list accurate information about products, services, and events, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to conduct transactions in good faith. WIBDMedic acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers except where explicitly stated.
The Platform facilitates connections but does not automatically become a party to contracts between users. Transactions may include purchase, distribution, agency, import/export, or service agreements. Users are responsible for negotiating prices, payment terms, shipping, customs, insurance, warranty, returns, and compliance.
Users engaging in international business must comply with export and import regulations, customs requirements, sanctions laws, tax obligations, and trade restrictions. Each party is responsible for licenses, documentation, shipping compliance, and country-specific requirements.
Buyers submitting RFQs agree that the information provided must be legitimate and may include product requirements, quantity, delivery location, and technical specifications. Suppliers responding must provide accurate offers, valid information, and professional communication. The Platform does not guarantee successful transactions.
Payments processed through WIBDMedic Safe-Pay Escrow are held until order fulfilment is confirmed. Fees, taxes, and applicable charges are described at the point of transaction. You are responsible for determining and remitting any taxes applicable to your sales.
Certain services may require payment, including premium membership, advertising, featured listings, subscription plans, events, and professional services. Fees are displayed before purchase, may change periodically, and may include applicable taxes.
Premium memberships may provide increased visibility, marketing tools, analytics, networking features, and additional business tools. Membership benefits may change.
The Platform may organize trade shows, conferences, congresses, webinars, and training events. Participation may require registration, payment, and compliance with event rules. The Platform may modify schedules when necessary.
All trademarks, logos, content, and software associated with the Service are the property of WIBDMedic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Users are responsible for photos, documents, product descriptions, company information, and messages, and guarantee they have the rights to publish such content. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant the Platform permission to display, promote, distribute, and improve services using it.
User data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Platform may process information for account management, communication, security, analytics, and business services. Users must respect privacy laws when handling other users' information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Certain features require Know-Your-Business (KYB) or Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or fail to complete verification.
The Platform provides services 'AS AVAILABLE'. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of all information, successful transactions, supplier quality, product performance, or business results.
The Platform is not a healthcare provider, medical advisor, or regulatory authority. Information provided does not replace professional medical advice, regulatory review, or technical evaluation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIBDMedic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly. The Platform may provide communication assistance, mediation support, and account investigation, but is not responsible for resolving commercial disputes unless explicitly agreed.
We may suspend accounts for fraud, misrepresentation, policy violations, illegal activity, or security risks. Users may terminate accounts according to account procedures.
Users accessing the Platform from different countries are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed according to the applicable jurisdiction, and disputes shall be handled according to applicable legal procedures.

Suppliers agree to maintain ethical business practices, provide truthful information, respect intellectual property, maintain product quality, and follow healthcare regulations. Buyers agree to provide legitimate purchasing requirements, respect supplier confidentiality, and avoid fraudulent inquiries.
WIBD Medic operates as a marketplace facilitator, business networking platform, information exchange platform, and digital commerce platform. Unless specifically stated, WIBD Medic does not manufacture products, own listed inventory, guarantee suppliers, act as importer/exporter, or provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Transactions occur directly between users.
Users may register as business accounts (manufacturer, supplier, distributor, retailer, healthcare institution, corporate buyer), individual accounts (consumer buyer, healthcare professional, researcher, industry member), or partner accounts (sales agents, representatives, consultants, logistics providers, regulatory advisors). Users must provide accurate legal name, company information, contact details, and business activity, and agree not to create false identities, impersonate organizations, or provide fraudulent information.
WIBD Medic may offer verification services including company, identity, supplier, and certification verification through document review of business licenses, manufacturing certificates, distribution authorization, quality certifications, and regulatory documents. Verification does not represent product approval, government certification, product warranty, or guaranteed transaction performance.
Consumers purchasing products through WIBD Medic acknowledge that medical products may require professional consultation, prescription authorization, or regulatory approval. Consumers are responsible for correct product selection, proper usage, and following manufacturer instructions.
Companies may purchase featured listings, sponsored products, banner advertising, and marketing campaigns. Advertising does not guarantee sales, leads, or business success.
WIBD Medic does not guarantee product quality, supplier reliability, regulatory approval, or delivery performance. Users must conduct appropriate verification before entering into transactions.
Users agree not to manipulate reviews, create fake accounts, submit fraudulent RFQs, or mislead buyers or suppliers. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you understand these Terms, accept the marketplace rules, are responsible for your activities, and will conduct business professionally and legally.
